All uploaded material remains the full property of the user.

AI-Generated Content

LexiLearn uses Gemini API and internal AI processes to generate:

• Summaries
• Flashcards
• MCQs
• Questions & answers
• Notes and key points

Users acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.
• LexiLearn is not accountable for academic or professional decisions made from AI outputs.
• Important information should be double-checked independently.

Accounts and Access

• LexiLearn may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upload limits may apply to free-tier users.
• Suspicious or unsafe activity may result in restricted access.
• Users may delete their account at any time. All related data will be permanently removed.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Upload copyrighted content they do not own or have rights to use.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract internal code or models.
• Disrupt AI processing or backend systems.
• Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Use the platform to generate harmful or misleading information.

Intellectual Property

All LexiLearn UI, backend code, designs, and workflows belong to LexiLearn.

Users cannot copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the platform.

Uploaded files remain the property of the user. AI-generated content may be freely used by the user for personal learning.

Service Availability

• LexiLearn aims for high uptime, but availability is not guaranteed.
• AI features may occasionally be slow due to processing queues.
• Maintenance or updates may temporarily interrupt service.
• LexiLearn is not responsible for losses resulting from downtime.

Limitation of Liability

LexiLearn is an educational tool.

The platform is not responsible for:

• Academic failures
• Misinterpretations from AI summaries
• Loss caused by user errors or deletions
• Damages resulting from misuse

Use of LexiLearn is at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms
